Asset Management

With exponential growth in the fleet size of wind turbine envisaged in the next one year, we have developed the best-in-industry asset management software to monitor and analyze the turbine performance. Presently, with the help of analytical software, we prepare analysis for CUF Bridge, Power Curve, Wind Rose, MTTR and MTBF. We not only control the performance of wind turbines but also ensure that the O&M contractors execute predictive maintenance on all turbines.

Operations Management

Adani-ENOC monitors all the wind turbines 24*7 from the headquarters. This brings in greater transparency and supervision. In future, it will also generate smart reports, SAP notification for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and executive details which will facilitate important decision-making. This advanced technology provides greater control of the windfarms and increased performance of the turbines.

Maintenance

Scheduled preventive maintenance is of utmost importance to increase the life of the wind turbines. We execute preventive maintenance for all turbines and adhere to strict guidelines of O&M protocol. It engages with the sub-contractors for timely preventive maintenance and binds them with stringent O&M contract clauses. This phase also ensures zero deviation in quality of the preventive maintenance by enforcing third party quality inspectors.
